7 weeks since the arrival of our little man, and it’s time to start getting my pre-baby shape back. It’s time to hit the gym and get the diet in full flow. The middle of the night bottle feeds and the lack of healthy food have taken their toll on my figure and have seen me lose a few pounds. It’s time to put them back on!
